The Eritrean Embassy of the State of Eritrea to UK & Ireland, opened a Book of Condolence in London in connection with the passing away of Veteran Fighter Woldemichael Gebremariam, Minister of Local Government.
Eritrean’s in London UK, could not pass with out reflecting their deep sorrow they felt, as they were able in a short time to show their ultimate solidarity with the people of Eritrea all over the glob.
A number of Diplomats officials from Embassies, representatives of organisations and Eritrean Community members in London UK, signed the book of condolence.
In their respective messages, the Diplomats and Nationals expressed appreciation for the late Veteran Woldemichael Gebremariam, life-long commitment since the days of the armed struggle for independence to the current endeavors of nation-building, and mentioned reminiscences of the dear departed Minister’s dedication to the national interest.
Diplomats in London UK, pointed out that the dear departed Minister demonstrated a pleasant personality and charisma as a veteran fighter as well as political figure and said that his passing away is a great loss to the nation.
Eritreans Community members in London further explained that it is huge lose for the Eritrean people to miss H.E. Minister Woldemichael veteran fighter for freedom and great contributor to the well being and stability of Eritrea.
They feel deeply sorrow taking inconsideration that is going to lose experiences that could be transferred to the young generation.
They further reiterated readiness to honor the trust of martyrs and enhance role in State affairs.
The book of condolence would remain open until  Thursday 08/08/2013 afternoon.
